PRIVACY STATEMENT FOR SELECT SETTLMENT SERVICES, INC.
Financial institutions choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. - Information P collects, and the sources from which we collect it: Select Settlement Services, Inc. may collect personally identifiable information about you such as your name, address, telephone number, and other pertinent personal information relevant to your file. If Select Settlement Services, Inc. conducts a Real Estate Closing, the data collected may also include social security numbers, bank account numbers, appraisals, and verification of income, loan account balances and other items necessary in a loan closing. The information must be obtained to facilitate your transaction, and Select Settlement Services, Inc. has no intent on sharing your information with third parties outside of those related to and necessary for the completion of your transaction.
- What information Select Settlement Services, Inc. discloses to third parties: Select Settlement Services, Inc. does not share nonpublic information that it collects with anyone other than its clients and vendors as needed to adequately represent you. Any third party entities that Select Settlement Services, Inc. affiliates with are required by law to maintain privacy protections of nonpublic personal information received during the course of the transaction. Select Settlement Services, Inc., however, reserves the right to share information as required by law, in response to a subpoena, a government regulatory agency, or to prevent fraud.
- How Select Settlement Services, Inc. secures your information: Select Settlement Services, Inc., at all times, strives to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the personal information in its possession and has instituted measures to guard against its unauthorized access to this information. Select Settlement Services, Inc. maintains physical and electronic safeguards in compliance with federal standards and restricts access of your information to individuals who need to know such information in order to provide you with your product or service.
- Your right to access and amend your personal information: You have the right to request access to the personal information that we record about you. This includes the right to know the source of the information and the identity of the persons, entities or types of entities to whom we have disclosed such information. Your right includes the right to view such information and copy it in person, or request that a copy of it be sent to you by mail (for which we may charge you a reasonable fee to cover our costs). Your right also includes the right to access, request corrections, amendments or deletions of any information in our possession.

Your written request must include your notarized signature to establish your identity. In addition to setting out the nature of your request, the request should include your name, street address, email address, telephone number, specifics of what information is requested and whether you would like to view that information and copy it in person or a have copy of the information sent to you by mail.
- Changes to Select Settlement Services, Inc. Privacy Statement: This Notice reflects our Privacy Statement as of January 1, 2018. Select Settlement Services, Inc. reserves the right to change, modify or amend this Privacy Statement at any time. When we amend this privacy notice, we will post a notice of such changes on our website. The effective date of this Privacy Statement, as set out above, indicates the date of its last revision.
